Human Authorship Declaration
I declare that the information provided in this application accurately describes my creative process and working practices.
I affirm that meaningful human authorship, judgment, skill, and creative control remain central to the development and production of my work.
I affirm that I do not use artificial intelligence to generate the original ideas, concepts, designs, imagery, writing, or other defining creative elements of my work, or to replace the human creative decisions that determine its final form.
I understand that artificial intelligence may be used only for permitted non-creative purposes, such as administrative tasks, website support, scheduling, research assistance, or other business functions that do not contribute creative content to the work.
I affirm that I have accurately disclosed any use of artificial intelligence, automation, outside production, collaborators, contractors, or other tools and services that are relevant to my creative process.
I understand that Maker Verified certification applies to my disclosed creative process and working practices. It does not certify, authenticate, inspect, approve, or guarantee any individual artwork, product, edition, collection, or other creative work.
I agree to comply with the Maker Verified Standards throughout my certification period and to promptly notify Maker Verified if my creative process or working practices materially change in a way that may affect my eligibility for certification.
I understand that failure to comply with the Maker Verified Standards, failure to disclose a material change, or providing materially inaccurate or misleading information may result in the suspension or revocation of my certification.
